I wonder why he stick to ridiculous weight soo much. Its even not partial. But obviously working for him :o

Haha. His ROM is so small he doesn't even flip the handles on the leg press. Ridiculous.  ::)

i have seen powerlifters do rack squats like the smith machine squats he was doing..it helps with the lock out of the squat..i could see it being good for strenghening the tendons but the muscles would be worked to a lesser degree. it works for him though i guess because his legs are pretty good
