but bodybuilders can't hang out in front of supermarkets and have cool wallet chains like skateboarders, because the fanny pack gets in the way.

LOLZ. Especially the part about hanging out in front of the supermarket! Skaters love to do that. They also like to hang out in front of taco bell or some fast food place.

I don't train in gyms Quickerblade; I train at home with a 35 dollar weight case I purchased at Walmart.

I know I'm not wanted around the Gym, so don't worry. You huge guys with your 700 pound squats are safe from viewing my femme self.

I feel that, it's much easier to concentrate at home anyway. I'm not worrying about what so-and-so is lifting, or trying to impress anyone with big numbers.

At home I can just focus on working the muscle and feeling the burn.

These are some pics of me from one year ago.

I used to be quite a scrawny weakling.

I started using weight gainers advertised in the back of magazines.

I paid like 40 dollars a tub at GNC. This just made me balloon up to 167 pounds.

I also tried creatine, but it didn't seem to do anything.

Now I just work out consistently and eat the same thing every day.

I'm proud of achieving this without ever using any steroids.

JP, if you're going to be serious about gaining size and quality muscle you need to get your ass in the gym.  A home gym is a good start, but you won't make many gains without being able to change it up.  So wash the eyeliner off, take off the polish and get your butt into the gym.

I've gone pretty far with this little weight set.

At one point I had a nice set of 3 weights:

A 35, a 20, and a 15.

I also had a pair of hand weights, and some grippers.

My forearms didn't really start growing until I did what I call a "burn session" with the grippers immediately after wrist curls.

For my chest I do pushups with my hands close together. I can create a rippling effect in the pectoral muscles now.

I was able to achieve this in months.

Now I'm focusing on abs. Something I've long neglected because I just hate doing it.

Slightly older pic, at a greater weight:

My hair looks fierce in this pic.

Hey James. If you put on a little more make up and nail polish, you can look like this:

Even the president has to put on some makeup before giving a speech.

I'm 100% natural.

I do worry that there will be more accusations as I gain mass.

I want to stop at a MarkyMark/VanDamme/Chris Angel level of muscularity though.

I don't know if those guys are natural or not. I assume they are.

They have been different sizes at different stages.  Do you have a picture of any of them at the size you prefer?

There are differences in structure so I don't expect to look exactly like that.

It's an approximation of what I'm working towards.

The idea is a ripped mid-section and an athletic body.

Wide shoulders, powerful arms, small waist, etc...

I know you said you don't care about training legs, but ya really have to be evenly proportioned.  I mean say you get like that and then want to go swimming or get naked with what every your preference is....you don't want to look so uneven JP.
