This is gonna be another Titus thing, isn't it....   wait for a specified court date, go to court, and all that comes out of it is another court date.

By the time he has an actual trial, it won't matter if he's innocent or guilty because he will have served the full sentence already anyway.

Yes ron I AM IGNORANT ON HOW THE COURT SYSTEM WORK IN USA but luckily, you are here to explain me (no sarcasm) because im always open to learn. So please teach me why this innocent man is still @ jail even though he did nothing wrong. As far as i know, Not guilty until proven the opposite, right? Is the law different for foreigners or... the law already proved something?
