Yes, and as someone already stated, friday is an arm day. If possible, late evening on friday, just before hitting the bar so that you still maintain that awesome pump in your 14" pythons.

Pretty much. Monday is usually chest day and friday is either arms or chest again. When I train friday night, the same teenagers are in there either doing arms or chest.

And the arabs in my gym stink like shit!
