better potential?  well, Hide lived to become IFBB "pro" and this guy evidently killed himself.  I guess he fulfilled his potential, just not as a bb'er

He did have potential but it remained in asia.  Hide maximized his potential by competing in the US, and getting a magazine cover.  People's expectation change once you get a cover.  Unfortunate for his current situation, but he really did make quite the debut as the Japanese Pro-bb in the US.  It's really great to see determined competitors like him.
