I think the hype of Adrea's Munzer's contest shape is overrated. Yes he had some stragnations on his quads and triceps, but that's nothing unusual in the sport. Stragnations isn't really a sign on how hard you can be, its about the shape of the muscle -and individual thing. Some don't get them irrespective how low bodyfat they get.

Munzer was one bad MOFO...but I just don't get the psychology of pushing yourself to the brink of death (and in Munzer's case beyond the brink) in order to win a trophy and $4000 for 7th place.  It's like bodybuilders are self-abusers who compete with each other not for the glory of who has the best body but to see who can withstand the torture they put themselves through...then they can brag that they are the tougher man in that regard......really strange...and crazy!!!

Also I agree with everyone about the word "stragnations"...did they add that to the dictionary yet?
