Juarez will win. Ken is a decent boxer, heavy hands, good takedown defense with okay clinch skills. No guard to speak of (I know some will claim the Franklin fight was worked), and little or no sub skills from the bottom other than an anklelock, heel hook, inverted heel hook and knee bar.
