i don't know what milos is like as a person but he KNOWS bbing.  the other day i watched a video on how to leg curl..i tried his varation and my hams are toast today. bottom line is that we can all learn from any pro on here and i hope he posts here again

I don't trust any IFBB pro drug addicts - that includes the cross-eyed Egyptian toad.

They are a bunch of vain, overcompensating, lying, stealing, cheating, drug dealing, oil injecting scumbags ...and fuck do they bitch like little girls.

Anyone who falls for their bullshit sups or pays 20$ for a photo and signature of a deadbeat loser who shoots himself up with a cocktail of just about every illegal drug going on a daily basis, deserves to be taken to the cleaners..

I never liked Milos' attitude in all the videos I've seen and interviews I've read. He seems like a know-it-all who never listens to anyone but himself.

I could be wrong, but thats just the way he seems to be portrayed everywhere.
