The sadness of the Pumpkin Heads
« on: January 09, 2008, 06:01:12 PM »

Despite the gospel of the Wizard of Truth, there are still those out there who do not see the light

We as a society want to ignore them, and push them away.

They refuse to accept what is right, and choose to dig their holes of ignorance and spite. And eventually, they find there is no escape.

Thus is the way of these pumpkin heads

Seriously, make a new forum for this shit - like they did with Tightass.

The team Nasser cell are ruining the best bodybuilding board on the web with this trollish mock worship of an embittered, washed- up old has-been who can't accept the fact that he is fucking old,lonely and has to sell his soiled clothes to pay the rent and drugs bill!

Who said anything about Nasser?  You are the first one to mention his name here, thereby making it another Nasser Thread .

And no amount of used clothing would be enough to pay for Nasser's retired life style in the expensive San Diego area.  Also remember it costs lots to feed someone to maintain 300 lbs, especially with the amount that Nasser eats.  Like I said before, his net worth is well into the 7-figures.  It would have to be to retire and live well in San Diego like he does.  Therefore, he does not *need* to sell anything, he makes it available for the benefit of his fans.

 Wouldn't you prefer your own forum BB?

I really don't care what you say..no one who has an alternative revenue stream resorts to selling their soiled clothes to perverts..or paid kiss and tell whistle blowing stories.

He is broke, bitter, washed up and is being consumed by his own bile at seeing Palumbo and Milos making great money as drug training gurus.

I feel sorry for him as when I see that pic of him as a young, thin, student type I know that he could have had a better life than the lonely, anguished one he now has.

I ordered a Worn by Nasser shirt - it wasn't soiled - actually you can tell it had just been washed and dried.  It's sports memorabilia, nothing homosexual or perverted about it.  And he keeps the prices very reasonable - only about 25% more than what they would cost if he had not worn them - so he's obvioulsy not doing it as an income source.  How many used clothes does one person acquire over some years?  Can you imagine how much used clothing he would have to sell to actually support his lifestyle in San Diego?  He would have to literally be changing into new clothes several times a day and then selling them and never wearing them again :)

I feel sorry for you for being so naive to think that Nasser can retire in San Diego off the money from a few used clothing sales to fans.  I pity anyone who would partner up in a business with someone of your business-sense.

::)

How much do you think you need to earn to live comfortably in San Diego and buy food and drugs enough to maintain 300 lean lbs?  Keep in mind Nasser is reired and goes out quite a bit too.  I would say about 100k after tax.

Now if you are no longer competing, you need to earn virtually all that money from investment income.  Now given a relatively aggressive 5% real rate of return on low-risk commercial real estate investments (after tax and after discounting for inflation), that alone would imply a minimum of $2,000,000 of net worth invested to give 100k after tax of retirement income.

So now you try to explain how he could be broke? :)

The cat is out of the bag you fucking schmoe. Nasser is a washed up pro that is now suffering from an inflated ego due to a schmoe blowing "Team Nasser" on GetBig. If that's what it takes to make him wake up in the morning then the "man" is more finished than we all thought. He is broke, he has no life, no woman and probably no natural test production because he is and was a drug addict.

look at his house in the pictures you post that is the little fantasy world you live in called nasser's life.

anyone who owns a home and knows what to look for in a quality built home, furnished by someone who has any kind of expendable income can see that he isn't exactly a 7 figure earner (lol), but since you live at home, or rent, you can't.

whats with the 5 dollar chandalier in his dining room with his 200$ dining room set?

yeah, he's a real high roller.

::)

your constant defending and stalking of this guy borders on obsession.

and makes you look kinda weak and a bit of a simpleton.

thank you.

You guys seroiusly make me laugh.  I brought up concrete proof that Nasser is worth around a MINIMUM of $2 million, and in response all you can do is repeate "no he is broke, washed up,etc" or give rolley eye emoticons, and or speculate on the cost of a few of his interior pieces.  Ignoring the facts I gave you and focusing on whether you think his dinign room set is a few hundred dollars or not.  You must be pretty desperate to try to convince us that he's broke when you reply to my insightful post with focusing on something as insignificant as a dining room set  :D

Bobs I have to agree..I haven't seen any proof that he's a millionaire.

The shots of his interior have not looked like an opulent and expensively furnished home. He also complains about the most petty stuff - he bought lunch 12 years ago, he bought some tacky assed statue for 300 bucks. He seems to be counting the nickels and dimes to me.

Also, what is his lifestyle?...it seems that he has sold you some kind of Hollywood dream. All I see is a guy who flies economy class, wears cheap, tacky clothes and has a dingy, basic looking house.  Nothing about Nasser screams 'I've got a ton of money' ..the likes of Coleman and Cutler we know have made a bit (still not as much as someone at the top of most professions).

Of course..he could have a whole load of money stashed away hidden from the taxman...but it's going to take more than him or you saying 'Ha, I'm loaded' to convince most of us.

Okay genius so where does he get the minimum 100k a year from if he does not have at least a few million invested?  Since we already know he does not work and is no longer competing or doing guest posings, etc.

If you're working and you have a house and car it does not mean you are rich, because you can use your employment income to cover your expenses.  However, when your employment income income is no longer coming, you are relying solely on investment income.  Rental income is relatively steady and lower risk, and after paying taxes and discounting for inflation 5% is the range you woudl expect.  So do the math, 100k/year divided by 5% = $2,000,000 in holdings to bring in that income.

You pretty much admitted I'm right there.  If one did G4P so much to make 100k a year it would be widely known, and you would need to sell hundreds (close to a thousand) used garments in a year to make any real money...his used clothes in his hanger are probably in the tens only.
