They're basically doing closed grip deadlift heave ups.
I watched 2 dudes and some fat girl do them a few feet away with the two guys telling them it's a lower back and bicep isolation exercise.. a lowerback and bicep isolation size? I started laughing what I thought was quietly and apparenlty they heard me. The "coach" asked me what I thought about what he said.. and I told him keep doing what he's doing. I'm not strong enough to mess with t-bars.. I've got my hands full with this. (pointed at the 6 45's on the CS row).

I don't get where these people get their training advice..even MD and M/F isn't THAT bad.
