And in response Milos’ “defence” is that his wife now claims that Nasser had a small penis and only lasted 17 seconds to make Milos feel better?

I'm not going to answer your questions because you are too irrelevant in that you are not able to reveal anything about you.  Even most other pumpkinheads have at least shown a picture or said something about themselves.  As far as I know I am replying to a 15 year old kid which is hardly worth my time to get into details with and answer specific questions.
