Weighed in at 204 this morning and about 5mins ago pulled off a double @ 405 on the bench. Is that good :-)??

You obviously didn't see me watching as I was repping out an easy 20 concentration curls with the 140lb dumbells at my ripped  bodyweight of 125lbs at 6 8".

Today I deadlifted 4000 pounds for 2 hours straight. 

The only person who saw it though, was my supermodel gf, and she can't talk with my junk in her mouth.
