That was back in the day when pros had "attainable" physiques. Any pros who guest pose now adays are huffing and puffing for two hours after their seven minute routines.

That was a cool show back in the day. Regis had Donna Olivera, Gladys Portugese, Carla Dunlap, Cris Alexander, Rachel McLish, Erica Mes and some others on episodes. Brian Moss never recovered after Van Damme stole Gladys.

Nobody cared then...NOBODY cares now.

Nice how the audience needed the prompt to applause. I'm sure the same thing would happen today, except maybe Kelly would barf or something.

Regis also had Rich Gaspari on that show...I'd applaude Regis for giving a spotlight to bodybuilding, but in fact it was just a freak show intended to attract audiences by the sheer strangeness of it.

But Samir looked great.
