I have to say that I am pretty impressed that he benched 400lbs at 15 years old and 165lbs.

Say what you like, the man is one of the strongest 15 year olds of all time.

I don't bench hardy at all anymore, mostly DB work, torn (slightly) labrum kinda keeps me from straight bar work.

LOL....I never powerlifted. I don't deadlift (exept for trap bar once in a while) and my squat sucks, always has. I've always been strong in the bench because I like it.

so what weigth on dumbells do u go up to princess? and when u do bench what do u go up to, must be at least 365

1. DB everyother week heavy, up to 140 x 5-6

2. Easily for at least 2 or until I start feeling the torn part of my chest pull.....but easily with a pause at the bottom. Sometimes, about once a month or so, I'll do board benchs or benchs with some band resistance.
