all kidding aside i'm gonna agree with candidizzle for once, Jay is a strong motherfuccker as evidenced by his videos, he's done 140 pound db shoulder presses for reps, 405 pound inclines, 405 pound barbell rows, 8 plate per side deep hack squats, 405 pound deep smith machine front squats, 185 pound one arm db rows, 8-9 plate t bars, etc., i don't know how strong a bb'er has to be to impress you monsters.
