He's done this before and come in fine.  I don't think at this stage in the game he will ever be able to bring up his calves.

Didn't go out today, going tomorrow. But just saw Mavericks on surfline....unfreakingbe lievable!!

Was it really 6-9 feet locally?





A well educated guess is not proof. I could use a well educated guess to say you "spilled over" for your comp from mis-timing your insulin. Would that be accurate?

No, all the pics you saw of my routein were from the night show, you've seen the pre-judging pics I posted, I was better in the morning. I knew exactly what went wrong though.

Yes, there's a storm out there pushing the surf, it looked nice, but a little choppy and water temp was about 57. Me and my boy might go out tomorrow if it's not too cold.
