A. Tan - You're right about tanning. I haven't used a tanning since my last contest as a teenager, but I remember it being very relaxing with the blue lights, the goggles, and jerking off to the hot girl at the counter.
B. Waxing Eyebrows - I'm blessed with low testosterone and hence, sparsely haired eyebrows, chest and underarm hair. No need to shave at all.
C. Flared Lats - I find this only works well for those with traps. I don't work traps because it detracts from the illusion of width. Without traps, flared lats make your neck look skinny. When you have a 14-inch neck like me, that's not a good idea.
D. Pro-Tan - I use CVS fake tan. Costs $5.99 and works much better.
E. Shaving - See B.
F. Shoot Synthol - Synthol is great for targeting a lagging bodypart. Because all my bodyparts are lagging, it just doesn't make sense. I'll try compound lifting movements instead.
G. Get GH, Insulin & Test for Morning of Show - I don't believe in taking any drugs the last week of a show. The half-life of testosterone cyp is 8 days, so I should be fine.
