My ARNOLD CONTEST PREP

While saving up for my $70 R/T ticket to Columbus, I decided to start my training. Yesterday was my 2nd workout in a week (Also my second workout in a month!). Here's my workout from yesterday:

Flat Bench 135x60 185x20 185x12
Supersetted Dumbbell Curls/One Arm Tricep Extensions 25x15 30x15 40x10
Bent Rows 135x15 185x8 135x12

That's it. After just two workouts, I'm feeling large and in charge.

Current Weight: 235

Don't forget to A: tan
B: wax/shave eyebrows
C: flare lats out
D: pro-tan up
E: shave all body hair
F:shoot every body-part with synthol
G:GET gh,Insulin,TEST (2000mgs) and use it all the morning of the show

A. Tan - You're right about tanning. I haven't used a tanning since my last contest as a teenager, but I remember it being very relaxing with the blue lights, the goggles, and jerking off to the hot girl at the counter.
B. Waxing Eyebrows - I'm blessed with low testosterone and hence, sparsely haired eyebrows, chest and underarm hair. No need to shave at all.
C. Flared Lats - I find this only works well for those with traps. I don't work traps because it detracts from the illusion of width. Without traps, flared lats make your neck look skinny. When you have a 14-inch neck like me, that's not a good idea.
D. Pro-Tan - I use CVS fake tan. Costs $5.99 and works much better.
E. Shaving - See B.
F. Shoot Synthol - Synthol is great for targeting a lagging bodypart. Because all my bodyparts are lagging, it just doesn't make sense. I'll try compound lifting movements instead.
G. Get GH, Insulin & Test for Morning of Show - I don't believe in taking any drugs the last week of a show. The half-life of testosterone cyp is 8 days, so I should be fine.

Thanks for the tips Mike. Any ideas on how to make my legs grow without squats?

I'm trying to build my stamina for all the Hollywood starlets I'll be banging at Sundance. I heard those Utah gals love the 'Missionary' position.

Sure!...................first throw on a pair of thermal underwear,next Hot-Skins "tights" full length of course
then.....3 pairs of regular old sweat pants,then take your "FUBU" oversize jeans (you do have these right?!?!?) pull fight,yank....just get em on!,next apply fanny-pack over the front,tuck your puffy white socks into your Otomix high-top sneakers and..................... ..."poof" your Quadzilla!!!!
i do it all the time (sucks taking a piss or a dump tho)
