Actually he's claiming upper 240's (Isaac's words) in this clip.

I'm pretty sure Flex was 230 at the 1993 Olympia not 216 (from Shawn Ray's mouth)

His heaviest was at the 1999 Olympia placing second, he was 249lbs

The recent pictures of Heath look great. Hope he doesn't drop too much weight. I suspect about 7-10 less than lbs thank in these pics should do the trick. He will totally dominate, if he keeps the hardness and mass.

I asked what makes the difference between Heath and the rest, was it the drugs or the dosages?

And the reply was.. "Heath takes far less drugs than any amatuer bodybuilder I know, let alone IFBB pro. It's the muscle shape he carries, you can't train for it and no matter what I do - I atleast can't get anywhere close to him".
