Author Topic: Ronnie is looking pretty small these days (Read 3594 times)

He is happy maybe but healthy I doubt it. Just because he may not be taking huge doses anymore doesn't mean his body or health is good. In fact it is very safe to say he is far from being healthy. And yes I know my fatness is not healthy either but my insides or organs are not in bad shape. Yes I do see a doctor and my blood pressure is fine as is all my blood work. I am doing far far better than I was just 2 months ago and I truly think I will be back to normal by the end of the year.

u gotta get ur waist below 100 centimeters and then u will be fine. above 100 centimeters and that is bad.
