Well actually the only thing making them 'bad' is legislation -something us poor sods have little say in (i hate to say it ) but I'm sure a survey and huge debate on the topic of illegal drug regulation and personal use would make for a happier and safer world.

The war on drugs is a failure and causes more harm than it prevents. Creates a whole undergound industry with gangs, fills up the prisons and costs us more both in street prices and the cost to hold prisoners. It's a joke.
