Special Ed loves teh gays as much as the next homophobe, but let's be real. Straight actors don't "dream of being on Broadway" and dressing like this:
There's nothing wrong with that photo. Every dude in theatre throws himself fully into his character, whether it be wearing something flashy, wearing stage makeup or acting the part of a song and dance man, which is what Hugh Jackman has always claimed to be. I was a theatre major for a while in college and you have to have that side of you otherwise you'll never make it. How do you think the biggest actors got where they are today? Do you think it was by playing nothing but masculine roles in college plays or on broadway? Aside from Brando I can't think of any off the top of my head. There are a million stage actors that dress up like this and it has nothing to do with them being gay or not. That's what separates the dudes that CAN do theatre and the guys that are too shy or chicken shit.
