Penn looks in the best shape I've ever seen him. Stout looks as lean as a bodybuilder. Gozaga looks like a fat pig. Of course, non of this matters...it's a cage fight

if you guys havent seen countdown to ufc 80 download that shit. i dont think daddy is on bj penns level, but he sure does the best with what he has, very determined and trains really hard. gotta respect that.

i guess if penn doesnt show up his best, he's got a chance. good video worth checking out! daddy in training, penn in training, gonzaga and werdum

Thnaks Bluto for the video. And yes it did look like BJ was a little gassed after the fight. But I also think it was the emotion from winning. BJ can afford to have the best guys training him and he will have them in Hawaii to train for the GSP fight. I really think his mindset is different now. It was nice to see his brother JD in the ring with BJ on his shoulders. JD too was a great fighter and kicked as down in Brazil as did his other brother Reagan who everyone thought was going to be the best of them all. Their dad was a Judo champion.
