As far as the Long R3 IGF-1, if you have the real deal stuff, then the general consensus is to inject immediately post work out into the muscles that you just worked. Most guys are using 20-40mcgs (10-20mcgs per muscle). If you start getting into really high doses, 60+ mcgs then you risk spill over of the IGF into the rest of the body which will eventually give you the permanent pregnant look. A lot of guys will carry the pins with them pre-loaded with IGF and bring some BW with them to add right before injection right after their workout. You don't want to store the IGF in BW as it will rapidly break down. It's a pretty fragile peptide so careful handling is a must, repeatedly dropping it on the ground could damage it. Also, you should not be injecting every day, for a 24 week cycle every 3 days is most recommended due to receptor downregulation in the muscle fibers.
You should start to lean out more, become more vascular and get really great pumps.
Something to note as well, if you get gassy, typically an hour after injecting, then you are using too much, back off the dosage until you stop getting gassy. This is an indicator that excess IGF from the inject is spilling over into the rest of the body.
Also some guys go hypo after injecting so take the necessary precautions just in case.
