She has gotten fat, but she is still very pretty. Some women, after multiple childbirths tend to gain weight that becomes tough to lose, but overall she still looks pretty cute. I'd say, presently a 6 out of 10 when all done up. Also, as compared to these muscle beasts we call fitness competitors, I'd say she would fair out pretty damn well, she still looks feminine at least..
