Hey Trini, welcome!   :)

It's always nice to see more girls on the board.  Stella gave you a good place to start with the glute/lower body thread...if you have any specific questions, just post them in that thread...there are a few people who can provide some solid advice for you.  Also feel free to post your training routines, etc. if you are looking for feedback.  :)

And if you have any other questions, just PM me.  You should check out the other girls' boards too!

Take a razor to them and go to town.

 If the thread STella doesn't help then I suggest you go into the GOSSIP and OPINIONS board and post of pic of your and your legs. The vultures there will be estatic to help you in anyway.
