Natural or Legal Bodybuilders?

I see guys that claim to be natural bodybuilders stuffing every available chemical from Alli to mass amounts of other "testosterone" stimulators and claim to be natural.  They really are not natural, but just steroid free.  SOME of These guys actually injest more chemicals than someone that takes a little test.  Anyone observe this as well?
