Not to mention Dex's back is much better. Dex's condition is legendary, Phil's is not.

Dexter peaked in 2003 (and looked amazing that year) and has gone backwards since. His condition's gotten worse, his gut has expanded and his size is down a little too.

.. dexter is a shade over 5'6.. and like i said before, never over 220-22 contest shape.. if dexter ever comes in at his 5'6 and weights 235, it will be lights out for everyone .. but, he eats liek a bird and that will never happen..

I agree on that one. Dexter at 235 would be freaky, BUT he's naturally bout 165 and is maxed out on size. I give him props for the amount of size he actually has achieved.

We can sit here and argue all day about height, weight, etc. Who is to say Heath actually weighs what he claims?

The bottom line is that pound for pound Dex is bigger, denser, and more conditioned than Heath has ever been or will be this year. Dex is proven AC champ whereas Heath is not. My money is on Dex.

Fars I know Heath weighed about 212 last year at the AC. I for one don't understand why all the hype and exaggeration about their weight. Only thing that matters is conditioning the day of the show. In fact, I think that it is even more impressive that Dexter and Heath can look like they do at such at relatively light weight, far more impressive than if they claim 230 or more. $50 bucks says Heath beats Dexter. You up for that?

His arms and delts are always going to be his strong points, but once he brings up his weak points to where they can stand alone then he will be OK. So, it's not so much that his arms and delts are too big for his weak points, it's that his weak points need to be brought up to a certain standard. That make sense?

I can attest I saw Phil step on a scale at Golds Gym when he was in Phoenix last October. Saw with my own eyes, 267 lbs and lean!

Dex was here last July for a guest posing gig and he claimed he weighed 230 lbs. at that time. Not disputing it, just that these guys or all bodybuilders for that matter can add 5-10 imaginary pounds.

Ironman, I think, weighs the contestants so will be solved in a couple weeks what Phil comes in at.

Proven at the AC or not, Dex had to win for the first time, why can't Phil? Like the great Chris Berman always says, "that is why they play the game"...all this is a mute point until we see them side by side and not in a post on the web!

heath has great delts and arms.. kinda levronesque in a way.. the problem he has is that he is very narrow through the shoulder(clavicals).. other than that, if he can get his chest and back up to standards he will do great.. but, he will have to add considerable size to be competitive through his chest and back.. he will win the ironman.. he really only has freeman to worry about.. but, holding that size until the asc will be tough..

Relax JC. We filmed the second video today. Heath trained back 25 days out from the IRONMAN. Always late? No one else is putting out video or pics. I didn't know there was a deadline.

Where are the other guys photos or videos? We've seen pics of Silvio, Gustavo, King and Moe. No vids and no other pics. Let me guess everyone will show up and shock us all.
