Questions for onlyme

What are you benching nowdays?  Thats not an insult, I'm honestly curious.  I woudl imagine you still lift more than most getbiggers here.

Well last summer I was back up to doing 405 for a few with pauses.  I am not doing more than 315 right now for about 8.  I rarely do more than 6 to 8 reps on anything.  Once it gets really easy then I add a 45 to each side.  I usually don't bench or incline anything but 45's.  Sometimes I do when I go really heavy cause seeing all big plates used to psych me out

keith has caught shit for a lot of what he's said around here (and most of it deserved, though i have a feeling if i got KTFO'd by a spider and lost my ability to train i'd be pissed off too), but you can't deny the man had one hell of a heyday that most of us would be damn glad to have.

i don't doubt his 585 for a second. if you saw pictures of him from the 70s the dude was built like a WSM competitor. he didn't say it was 585 competition bench, just that he did it in the gym. that's not unbelievable for a guy keith's size. yeah he name drops a lot, but i've noticed the people who give him shit for that don't have a lot of names they can drop themselves.
