I know there are various opinions regarding how they get that big, GH, Insulin, eating tons of food in the offseason, but that's not the point of my post.
I am referreing to the way the obliques seem to grow out of control. like on pics of Kamali and others, the obliques will extend an inch or more beyond the hip bones.
When critics refer to the bber in quesion 'bringing his waist down', how do they do it? How do they actively atrophy that muscle without sacrificing muscle in other areas of the body.
I know it's a strange question, an I may not even be asking it correctly, but I'm not as knowlegdable about GH/slin as others here.
Educate me!
