What if he didn't got leukemia. Would he be a Mr Olympia today at 38 years old. I think he looked phenomenal at the age of 23. I cant find any pro today looking that good at the same age 15 years later.

Dennis had an awsome Physique and TONS of potential, but fate had a role to play and it wasn't meant to be! Unfotrtunatley. However, Dennis is and will always be a true champion in my eyes................Beat ing cancer is probably the greatest battle physically and mentally anyone can fight!!!
