Thank you Lift, glad to hear. I will be tuning in. Heath is my favorite to win, but I wouldn't be upset if it went to Dexter. Going to be amazing.

Dex has a better back.

But the recent pics of Heath are just insane! He looks like a 90's type bb'er with awesome muscle bellies and a small waist with no huge stomach.

Both shows will be great. There will be more info in the next week on the Ironman webcast.

Heath trained back today and we video taped part of it for flexonline.com

Wolfe isn't in either show.

No, Wolf is only doing the O this year.

Either way, the Mr O will be one hell of a show this year.

He really should have done the Arnold...  he would have had a great chance to win it, and everyone wants to see Wolf vs Heath.

there should be NO automatic qualifying.  and only the winner of each show qualifies.   would mean that each show would have more tier one guys, which would sell more tickets
