25 Days out from the IRONMAN - How much does Phil Heath weigh?

We're working on the second video in the series leading up to the IRONMAN with Phil Heath. Today Phil trained back and shared a bit of what he's thinking, how he's feeling this year compared to last and more. It's slated to go up on FLEXONLINE.com this Friday.

In the mean time the first person to correctly guess his weight 25 days out will win a free Phil Heath "A New Beginning" DVD.

How much did he weigh? Post your guess on flexonline. The winner will be announced on Friday.

I shoot the video in High Def. The Flex crew is working on a new player and displaying the videos larger and in higher quality.

Haha. Yes. We'll measure his height in the third episode. Given that Phil will be training chest that day, will this effect his height measurement without shoes on?
