usually when sentenced you have to serve your time before being deported..Hide doesn't have any political/financial big shot backing him so he won't get special treatment

Don't expect anything spectacular to happen today. At most, they may accept a plea and set a trial or sentencing date.

I believe he enters a plea today.

If he pleads "guilty", yes, this would result in a sentencing date. If not he would be given a trial date.
