hahaha, at least that's what some 19 year old kid told me today in the gym, he pumping out a few sets on the Nautilus Nitro bench press machine and says to me, "Ronnie Coleman does a lot of these" pointing to the machine and i say, "oh yeah? well shit he's a big dude so they must work, right?"

then he goes on to tell me his favorite bb'er is Johnnie jackson and that he can barbell incline 660, i say, "holy shit!!!!!!!! he must drink a lot of milk"

oh fucck what am i gonna do now, candy once told me he'd cut my head off and watch me bleed and that was for something a lot less insulting than what i just said here, should i make sure my life insurance is paid up?

B) I don't think I've read any of your posts in which you have dominated some pussy.
C) You seem to obsess more about MMA fighters... so why hang here instead of Sherdog? Can't juggle the time between two boards and multiple gimmicks?

Milk, the best thing to drink if you're looking for BIG gains! Whole milk especially, because it has more calories...so you'll be bigger then.
