So, what are the rules? Am guys required to maintain decorum at all times?

Rules are pretty loose, maintaining decorum isn't neccesary all the time...no derogatory statements or personal assaults, but varying opinions about FBB are fine. I don't like to delete much unless I have to in order to keep threads on track or get rid of mean-spirited comments.

Laura Lee and Meddie have good threads going right now. I'll do a contest prep when the time comes.

For YOU, one of the rules should be to post some pics...maybe start a Tre's favorite pics thread? Pimp your site too.

The guys on this board love pics of hot FBBs.

And we could ALWAYS use some of your sage advice when it comes to training and getting into shape. I saw from the recent Amazing Race video that you are quite the fitness guru.
