Are Amateur Bodybuilder bad relationship partners?

Let's face it Bodybuilders who are serious about competing are probably one of the most egoistic people on the planet, they eat all the food they can get, they use most of the household money for drugs, money that should be spend on a savings account or into the College fund.

But what about the average gym junkie?
Again from all I have seen I came to the understanding that most of these Steroid hero's are quit simply unable to keep a normal relationship, and it is not because they have a queue of healthy woman lining up but simply because a normal intelligent woman cannot see any sense in going out with an Amateur bodybuilder.
think about it the Cons outweight the Positives by god knows how much.
Most of them have no income what so ever, they tend to life on the allowance of their woman but still expect her to pay for drugs and god knows what else most of them have a snowball chance in hell to get anywhere further than your local BB show.
So what is left? A grumpy man who is on a constant diet and cannot perform in bed who get's bald?

Leaves me to think.... yes Amateur Bodybuilders make bad Partners.

Well, do you mean amateur as in NPC, or amateur as just competing for so-called natural federations (NANBF, INBF, NABBA, etc). I would think the people that compete in the latter shows are probably not as "obsessed" as people in the NPC. Most of the people that do the latter shows probably have normal jobs and compete in natural shows as a hobby. I would hope that they would not consider competing in a NANBF show as a job! As for the top amateur level NPC competitors, they might be a burden to date :::shrugs:::
