So why isn't the DEA shutting these things down?  Whether the state of California considers weed legal or not, it's still illegal by Federal law.

The DEA has been busting the walk-in shops and charging them with trafficking which is why these are beginning to pop up.

 ::) This is most likely the THC substances derived from marijuana in pill form and will only help such things as nausea, poor appetite from having cancer, AIDS etc.

I can't wait until it's legalized. My dream is to open up a home-grown pot shop/modern shaman medical institute for natural healing. I want it all: pot of all strands, shrooms, salvia, DMT, ahuasca, LSD, and sensory deprivation tanks. Tripping bars. The possibilities are endless. This is my ultimate goal in life.

Ron Paul will be the only way it may be decriminalized. 

I cannot believe that the people who lived in the 60's and 70's that are now in office have not legalized weed.  I guess there are more holy rollers than I care to acknowledge.
