Look much improved Alexxx, even though you were never a slouch - legs are more defined and separated, and your arms and torso have thickened quite a bit. Keep it up 8)

Thanks fellas, those pics where from last month and now I am bigger especially the upperbody. Also since I will not be able to train legs for a whole month at least, from an ankle sprain, I will only keep getting better.

Good to see there are lots of positive people on this board! :)
