Alexxx, you look great! You might be able to do leg curls and extensions while your ankle is injured. You look like a powerhouse!

Yeah mostly. Not everyday, depends on how i feel. If I am really fatigued,i back off little bit.
Its easy. If you have to be in a show and you are fat, you are going to do it no matter what it takes.

lucky for my that I don't have to compete...I was trying to prep for the mr.getbig 3..but it is so hard to diet

I am back to drinking baileys..but I did give up the McDonalds..also I don't take any supplements...I think that I will start again
