..I work at a gym as a personal trainer and I sell diets and personal training as a combo with 80% emphasis on the dieting part. So this guy with a big pot belly asks me for a diet , pays , I write him a diet and we start....
First thing he does grocery shopping and I guide him through the cooking and preparing process just to make sure everything is fine . The first time after he gets his diet , we meet and the first thing he tells me with concern is : " You know, I noticed there is no bread in this diet " to which I reply " huh ? " .....Long story short it hit him like a ton of bricks the fact that there's no bread , no fruit , no juice in his diet , his /our goal being to drop 24-25 lbs of pure unnadultered fat in 2 months.
I get these kind of questions fairly often so I got accustomed with them. I started collaborating with the local TV station and we have an weekly show about nutrition , losing weight , working out and all around healthy living.
