I'm actually working with a trainer/nutritionist for the first time in my career in bodybuilding. He has me doing a bit more volume - more like how I trained in DRIVEN. We argue back and forth on the subject of volume vs. HIT, mainly because I like to complain about more volume. Every three weeks I get to do a week of HIT - Dorian style!

Yea, I actually like his physique, it reckons to the more classic builds of the 70's but with better wheels.

I'm a big fan of Coleman but only because he's a genetic freak of nature.

dugdale has had so many training styles over the last couple of years... the dogcrapp worked at the start of last year but then he fucked it up for the olympia... when he shows up in shape he looks pretty good and can hang with most of the bigger boys.. just look at last years ironman

Dugdale acts like he's a much better bodybuilder than he is, especially with his stupid videos of him training, which aren't noteworthy in any way - he isn't that big, he isn't that strong.  And his whole 'I worship Jesus I love Christ' charade is ridiculous, go pump yourself full of steroids and praise jesus, ridiculously hypocritical.

  Too late--the incident cost me my membership in their Religion & Politics section. I'm still welcome to post anywhere else one the board if I choose to, but I haven't been over there in like two years.
