dude I hope for your sake that you're joking, lifting weight on the preacher curl is about the last thing in the world that should be used as a measure of strength, notwithstanding the fact that trying to lift heavy poundages on such an exercise can have damaging consequences..

I loooked at the video...I delieve that could be a 50 kg dumbell . but to preacher curl it...I saw this dude doing strict ez bar curls with 110 kg's ....so who knows ?...he does have legit 22inch arms....don't know for sure to tell u honest.
