Why does this Sevestase fag go around the gym with a video recorder.   I don't see what's wrong with telling the truth what the lifts were.  He's all over the map with everything.  I habitual liar.

These pics of last wendsday are so bad that i didnt post them. So finaly i bought my own camera 2 days ago and i will update my pic and video wendsday again.Diet is OK. But Cardio sucks a lot.

actually a 100lb dumbell is 45kg......a 40kg dumbell is 88 pounds
