Neen getting nose bleeds little lately and don't know why, I'm thinking it may be the food I'm eating. I don't have irregulary high blood pressure, but I eat chicken and red potatoes today and after each meal, I get these bloody noses! I mean right after eating! I used Mrs dash seasoning and spicy chili oil and olive oil, any suggestions on why its bleeding? The chicken is preserved in sodium but I don't exceed 2000mg a day in sodium!

I don't eat a lot of sodium, the chicken is frozen with sodium, its frozen packages, I've always had rather normal BP, nothing low, nothing too high ever to worry and my diet is better than any other time of my life! Ill check it, could anyone think it may be the spicy chili oil?

Weather messes with my nose bleeds. When it gets too dry, they happen rather easy.

Ever since I was a kid, I would get them all the time when the weather was dry. Doc explained that the veins are too close to the inner wall of my nose so they would dry and crack. Just a glitch in my dna I guess...

Might have nothing to do with your food. If they persist, get to a doc. If they last too long (over 30 min) get to the doc!

I have got them rather easily since I was a kid and I know its caused by the dry weather0but after I eat? That's little weird, and ill get them sometimes in the morning upon waking and blowing my nose, due to my apt being dry,

Your nose most likely needs to be cauterized, a procedure done by your local doctor. Takes about 5 minutes and you won't have anymore problems. Try putting some vaseline on a q tip and rub on the inside of your nose during the day and before you go to sleep.

Checked my BP at grocery store, first time was 134/70 and the second was 126/69, I guess I can rule out high blood pressure, good guess from you folks, what else and why would I get them after my 2 meals today?

Lay off the steriods or lose weight. (No debate here wether you are fat or not. High weight = high BP)

sesame oil is way better than vaseline.

One I'm not fat, I'm 170, 5 or less body fat, I don't have high blood pressure, tell me where you are high blood pressure? My top number is fairly normal, and the bottom is well below normal! The juice isn't causing the BP, its my chicken

No point of going to doc, it costs to go, I get them every winter from dry wheather and apt, as long as my BP isn't high, I'm good! Thanks everyone

Ok, I didn't mention the juice just cause if you all know about prop and winny is that it doesn't effect BP like other juice, winnt for sure doesn't effect it but I did stop taking that stuff due to it may be other stuff than I wanted! I stopped the frozen chicken and switched to reg chicken. Before Making assumptions about my juice intake which is VERY minimal compared to mossy folks, read up and know some stuff bout it cause my BP will not be effect by what I take or took.
