Can anyone explain that stupid ending to me? Ben Wade turns on his own gang because they do what they are supposed to do, free him! So he kills them all and puts himself on the train to go to jail. I realize they were trying to stay faithful to the 1957 version, which I watched recently as well, but that ending was so fkn stupid. It ruined an otherwise killer movie.
Edit: Did a quick search and this has been brought up before, but maybe some new people rented or bought it recently.
