So after working out today my back, and traps were riddiculously sore. I haven't used ben gay since my marine corps years, but the soreness was killin me. I went to cvs, and they had this stuff called "heet".
Its like ben gay, but it feels HOT instead of cold.. and when I say hot, I mean hot. Imagne the hottest a back warming pad could ever get.. Thats how hot... works great.
It also is liquid, and comes with a dispenser, so it can be rubbed in without getting all over your hands.
Its not greasy, and dries fast too...
