By and large drug dealers outsmart law enforcement.  The majority of drugs go from production to end user without problem.  Only a minority of drugs are seized.  It is pretty hard to effectively fight drugs in a free nation.

Yes a lot of them do, but the public is not going to stand for bad drug dealers and they are busted, Art was prolly screwing ppl and pissed someone off.  The police know who the drug dealers are, they selectively enforce who they bust.

Well as we all know(or should know) that the steroid epidemic is a blight upon the community! Excess amounts of testosterone and Dbol are causing the breakdown in the fabric of society and the actual family structure!! A sharp spike in gun violence and armed robbery directly correspond with a number of people going back "on" and are broke and in need of money to get that next bottle of test!! Oh the humanity!!! This must be stopped! It takes precedence over everything, including the border being a war zone with Mexican gangs and corrupt army soldiers running millions of dollars of illegal narcotics every day!!

For people who spend time on a bodybuilding forum, you all seem very naïve about the world these guys live in.  A lot more of this kind of activity (and others  ) goes on that you all seem to want to know.
