Nice guy too, answered a lot of questions. Of course he had to promote his sponsors/supplements at the seminar, but i can forgive him for that. Natural...I don't know, but probably.

Have you ever seen Muscle Festa? These guys are juicer though... All japanese who compete in US are juicers except K44.
