LOL...5'10"..198lbs  (just stepped on the scale)

will be down to 190lbs mid march..then lower as the summer comes on

hmm....I don't keep track like that

for dinner I had a 1 cup of egg whites fried together with a can of tuna and 3-5 crackers
for lunch  I had a 6" subway sandwich ( called the feast)
for breakfast  I had  some protein pancakes (egg white, 2 scopes of whey, 1 banana, 1 scope of oat) friend in pam cooking spray

about 4 can of diet soda throughout the day

also I had a banana with a small amount of cornflakes as a snack

so you're only eating 3 meals and one snack a typical day?  That looks like just around 1700-1800 calories.

I dropped a couple of pounds since I gave up Baileys irish creme and McDonalds for the past couple of weeks

Meal Three:  large chicken carbonara sub from quiznos

and several cups of coffee with hazelnut cream throughout the day.  Only drank diet pop or water with the meals.  Might have a protein drink before going to bed.

Probably about 5000 calories if I have the fifth "meal"....Today was a good day...I should eat like this more often.

Yes, for today...but generally I think I'm eating 3500-4000 calories per day, with trying to keep sugar low, but dont really watch fat or carbs.  I would like to bulk, and will then decide if I wish to remain a perma-bulker or get leaner :D

Although I'm no expert, my understanding is that it's easier to gain muscle when bulking, and then later you can try to lose fat with dieting while trying to minimize your muscle loss, as opposed to finding a "medium" calorie level that will neither help you gain muscle or lose fat.
