Perma Bulkers...how do you go through the day and not feel guilty?

I gain 2-5lbs and I get depressed...

I can't eat a foot long subway sandwich..too much food

LOL...5'10"..198lbs  (just stepped on the scale)

will be down to 190lbs mid march..then lower as the summer comes on

But if your on a heavy cycle you should have abs and the muscle to back it up.
